Member Conduct:
Groot Drakenstein Games Club expects the following of its members :
To abide by the club constitution
The behaviour of members, both on and off the field, shall never bring the club in to disrepute.
Members shall fulfil their responsibilities towards the club if called upon to assist with club activities.
2026 Membership Cycle:
The membership cycle will run from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.
Invoices will be issued on 1st December 2025.
Invoices are payable by 31st January 2026.
Invoices will be issued by Franschhoek Sport and Social Club (FSSC). Updated banking details will be provided with your invoice, please be sure to update your beneficiary details.
Members that join during the year, will be charged a pro rata rate based on the number of months remaining in the current membership cycle. Thereafter, billing will fall inline with the next membership cycle.
Payment is due per our payment terms and conditions which can be found on the invoice.
2025/2026 Cricket Season:
The Cricket Season will run from 1 September 2025 - 31 March 2026.
Invoices will be issued in by 20th September 2025.
Invoices are payable by 31st October 2025.
From 1 November 2025, a member is eligible to be drafted for the season's team only after their seasonal subscription has been paid in full.
The seasonal subscription includes that seasons match shirt.
To order your match shirt, please use the dedicated link provided on your subscription invoice.
Each player is required to pay a match fee for all scheduled home fixtures.
