ANNUAL CYCLE
Memberships run annually from 1 January to 31 December.
New members joining mid-year would be required to pay a
pro-rata rate based on the number of billing months left in the current cycle.
PAYMENT DUE
Invoices are issued annually in December.
Full annual fees are payable by
31 January.
RENEW
Membership automatically renews unless written
notice is given in accordance with our terms & conditions.
No refunds are given
on cancelled memberships.

SEASONAL PARTICIPATION
While your Club Membership grants access to core facilities and discounts, participation in specific sporting codes may require the payment of an additional seasonal subscription (or subsidy). These seasonal subscriptions and any applicable match fees are supplementary to the general annual club membership fee.
