Annual General Meeting (AGM) - Thursday, 4th June 2026
As we approach our upcoming Annual General Meeting, we invite members to participate in the nomination of our leadership for the 2026/2027 season. We are looking for individuals who are committed to our "Spirit of the Game" and the professional growth of our facilities and community.

🕓 Time: 18:00 – 19:30.
📍 Location: Groot Drakenstein Games Club.
How it works?

Proposing: Members may nominate fellow members for the roles listed on the form below.

Seconding: Every nomination requires a proposer and a seconder.

Consent: Please ensure your nominee has formally accepted the nomination before submitting this form.

Deadline: All submissions must be received no later than 7 days prior to the AGM - 28th May 2026
The Election

Uncontested Positions: Nominees will be declared elected at the AGM.

Contested Positions: In the event of multiple nominations for a single role, a formal vote will take place during the AGM.

Cricket Sub-Committee: All specialized cricket roles report through the Club Cricket Captain, who represents the sporting body on the main Club Committee.
