Website use and information
Use the website lawfully and respect its security. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current; programmes, availability, prices and fixtures can change. Playtomic manages live padel bookings.
Enquiries and bookings
A form submission is an enquiry. Preferred dates do not reserve a venue. A booking requires confirmed availability, agreed price and terms, and payment of the required deposit.
Membership
An application is subject to club review and approval, followed by the applicable payment process. Membership and sporting charges are disclosed separately.
Activity and booking terms
Separate membership and booking terms apply to those services. Safety instructions and any activity-specific risk acknowledgement are supplied at the relevant point. Weather and cancellation arrangements are governed by the applicable booking terms.
Content and external links
Club photography, logos, written and archive material are owned or used with permission. Share public links freely; seek permission for commercial reproduction. External platforms control their own services.
Your rights
South African law applies. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Raise concerns with the club; applicable consumer, regulatory and legal remedies remain available.
